CYACC Annual General Meeting

1:00–2:00 p.m. ET
The AGM will be hosted using Zoom with pre-registration required. The Zoom link will be automatically sent to registered attendees.
Voting Eligibility
Each Established Member CYAC in good standing is entitled to one vote, which may be cast by its designated Representative. Emerging Members are invited to attend the AGM but are not eligible to vote.
If the designated Representative is unable to attend, the CYAC may appoint an Alternate Representative from their CYAC to attend and vote on its behalf. If no one from your CYAC is able to attend, an Established member may arrange to vote by proxy.
Please email hello@cyacc.ca by 5:00 p.m. ET on September 10, 2026 if you need to appoint an Alternate Representative or to arrange a proxy.

Please indicate during registration whether you will be attending as your organization’s designated Representative or Alternate Representative. This will allow CYACC to confirm voting eligibility and provide the appropriate voting credentials.

CYACC will be using the integrated Zoom polling feature to manage votes during the meeting.
As this is CYACC’s first AGM, member participation is especially important. We hope you will join us for this important milestone in CYACC’s development.
